oneworld® member airlines are working together to ensure the transfer process for your next journey is as smooth as possible.

Due to the different sizes of aircraft operated by oneworld member airlines, the number of pieces and the maximum weight allowed will be determined by each airline's policies and procedures. Each oneworld member airline will advise customers of the baggage allowance for their oneworld itinerary* at time of booking or check-in.

Due to the advanced security requirements that several countries have imposed on hand baggage, it is important to check with your departing oneworld carrier to verify the new hand baggage requirements. If your journey includes a connection, these security requirements may also impact the transiting country, please be sure to check with your carrier. As some airport security search points may be experiencing heavy congestion, ensure you comply with these additional restrictions, to prevent delays at airport security search points.

Customers are encouraged to check-in any carry-on luggage which may exceed the most restrictive allowance to avoid inconvenience en-route.

Please refer to the website of the oneworld member airline with whom you are travelling for the most current check-in and carry-on baggage allowances.

* oneworld itinerary is any journey of more than one sector, involving more than one member carrier where all sectors are operated and marketed by a oneworld carrier or their affiliate carriers.
